HAPPY NEW YEAR BY TARTAKOVER

by Dalit Nemirovsky | 16.09.12

Last Thursday I spent the morning at David Tartakover’s house. For those who don’t know the name, Tartakover is without a doubt the most important Graphic designer living and working in Tel Aviv.PERIOD. We met so I could photograph him for my TELAVIVIAN project. So, Tartakover on THE TELAVIVIANS will be coming soon, but for now and since it is Rosh Hashana today (The Jewish New Year), I will leave you with 7 SHANA TOVA (Happy new year) works Tartakover made over the years – his way of saying “happy new year people”. It is not necessarily the Happy New year greeting one would expect, but it is always right on the spot and something to think about if we do want next year to be better.
