So…this is me. I’m 34 years old and I have a two and half year old miracle called Yonatan. We live in a magical little place in the heart of Tel Aviv in one of these small streets that make Tel Aviv the charming place that it is for me. This photo was taken on the street where I live by my good friend Yair. It seemed like the natural spot to take my picture. It’s where I start and finish my day and I don’t know if this makes sense to any of you but this is a very Tel Avivian photo…

Although born and raised in Jerusalem which still has a dear place in my heart, when I moved to Tel Aviv at the age of 22 I realized this is where I want to be. Don’t get me wrong, put me in any great city in the world and I’ll be grateful for the experience but home is here, with the cool places, good food, spectacular night life, open minded people and the list goes on. The thing is that with all these qualities, in its most basic essence Tel Aviv is a city of shorts and flip-flops and that is its charm.
